The Group's History

At the origin of the Yoni Group
1992
Heading a general IT services company in the Grenoble area, Philippe MAMY anticipated that the world of computing would develop towards a world of solutions.
A year of change
2000
A few years and business acquisitions later, the Yoni Group aspired to more independence: only a few steps separated the subcontracting to integration services to the edition of watches, jewelry and gold software. A change resulting from the desire to propose software solutions adapted to wholesalers and manufacturers, never imagined before.
The creation of a first competence centre
2003
The Yoni Group created a first centre dedicated to the watches, jewelry and gold sector, pursuing its development through external growth – 3 business acquisition operations carried out (Process Data Informatique in 2003, Le Hall Informatique in 2006, followed by Eloi Méga in 2013).
The creation of a second competence centre
2012
The Yoni Group created a second centre dedicated to the Institutional Catering sector, thus confirming its specialisation on niche markets – 3 business acquisition operations carried out (Pyramid Informatique in 2012, Cookethic in 2013 and WinApro in 2014).
Today, SaaS solutions
2014
Thanks to constant investments in innovation, the Yoni Group pursues its growth in the sector of SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
Tomorrow, new conquests
Future
The Yoni Group has entered a logic of continuum, and will thus pursue, in the future, its conquest of new markets and new territories. Watch this spot!.
